About
10 years in design, seven in enterprise SaaS across HR, financial services, and unified communications, working on products where workflows are complex and the stakes for users are real. My practice spans research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping through to shipping, in close collaboration with engineering and product.
I'm drawn to problems that resist easy answers: multi-layered workflow challenges, systems that need untangling, and organisations figuring out how to design at scale. Beyond the craft, I care about the conditions that make good design repeatable. Shaping the culture, rituals, and shared vocabulary that help design work compound over time, not just building component libraries.
I'm comfortable operating across levels, whether that's influencing product direction with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to component systems used by dozens of designers, or presenting work in ways that move decisions.
Certified in accessibility through Deque and IAAP.
Experience
Driving design for Webex Calling, Cisco's enterprise voice and unified communications platform that serves millions of business users worldwide. Working at the intersection of legacy telephony patterns and modern collaboration software, where reliability, clarity, and accessibility all matter.
- Leading design for core calling experiences across desktop, web, and mobile, including call control, voicemail, contact handling, and admin tooling.
- Partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers, and accessibility specialists to evolve flagship Webex Calling flows.
- Bringing WCAG and IAAP knowledge into every interaction so the product works for users across abilities.
- Contributing to design system patterns and reusable components that scale across the broader Webex suite.
Designing at enterprise scale, where solutions ship to millions of business users across global customers. Focused on simplifying complex call control patterns, reducing cognitive load for daily users, and embedding accessibility from the start in a domain where it has historically been an afterthought.
Designed HR experiences for ADP's flagship products serving employees across the US and Canada. My focus areas were benefits management, insurance, and employee performance management, along with reporting dashboards used by managers and HR teams.
- Owned design from start to finish for benefits and insurance flows, employee performance tools, and management dashboards.
- Ran research synthesis, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and detailed prototyping across initiatives that ran for several quarters at a stretch.
- Drove WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across core product surfaces, partnering with engineering to bake accessibility into the build process.
- Mentored junior designers and contributed reusable patterns to the design system.
Shipped redesigned flows that measurably improved task completion across benefits and performance management surfaces. Earned Deque and IAAP accessibility certifications during this period, which translated directly into compliant, more usable products for users with disabilities across both geographies.
Designed digital banking and financial services experiences at Kony (acquired by Temenos in 2019), a global banking software provider whose products power retail and corporate banks across multiple regions.
- Designed onboarding, account management, transactions, and banking flows built for mobile.
- Worked closely with banking product teams to translate compliance and regulatory constraints into usable interfaces.
- Contributed to shared component libraries used across multiple banking products.
- Iterated on responsive patterns that worked across the wide device range banking customers actually use.
Design work shipped during my tenure contributed to roughly 10% growth in Temenos's customer base, with responsive banking flows adopted by financial institutions across multiple regions. Learned to design within heavy regulatory and security constraints without losing the focus on the people using the product.
Freelance engagement with CORD, a young product team, owning UX from start to finish during a critical formative phase.
- Ran research synthesis and translated it into product direction.
- Defined key user journeys, interaction patterns, and visual language from scratch.
- Delivered polished prototypes used to align stakeholders and brief engineering.
Helped establish the product's design foundations during an early window where every decision compounds later. Balanced startup speed with the discipline needed to build a system that could outlast the initial brief.
Led product design at Zinarya/IndOro, a design and product studio working across client engagements in retail, consumer tech, and lifestyle categories. My first leadership role, with ownership across several parallel projects.
- Led design across multiple client engagements covering strategy, research, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
- Managed a small designer team, reviewing work, setting craft standards, and coaching on process.
- Ran client workshops, advocated for design thinking with stakeholders, and owned the quality of final deliverables.
- Built reusable internal frameworks and processes that scaled across the studio's engagements.
Built design capacity inside the studio and delivered work across industries that shipped to real users. Shaped how clients understood and committed to design that centers the user. This was where I first learned to scale design thinking across teams, not just produce individual artifacts.
A product design role at Safari Designs focused on consumer product experiences and design work that fit the brand voice across multiple briefs.
- Contributed to product design across multiple briefs spanning interaction design, visual systems, and prototyping.
- Worked alongside senior designers, learning craft and process through delivery.
- Translated ambiguous, rapidly changing briefs into shipped design artifacts.
Built foundational instincts for product design, from understanding research inputs through to shipping. Developed early discipline around translating ambiguity into clarity, an instinct that still shapes how I approach larger product work today.
Design internship during my final year at NIFT Hyderabad, working with the Eesha Zaveri atelier on jewelry design and visual storytelling for the brand.
- Contributed to jewelry design work, lookbooks, and brand visual collateral.
- Studied the discipline of designing for craftsmanship, including materials, scale, and tactile detail.
- Supported the atelier across design tasks tied to production.
My first professional design experience. Shaped an enduring attention to craft, materiality, and the intersection of function and beauty that I still bring into digital product work. It's the same instinct that drives me to treat pixels with the same care a jeweller treats a setting.
