The Process

UNDERSTANDING THE PROBLEM

The need was to create a platform website that resonated with the ideas of the company. A website that could act as a bridge between the students and the company and helps children develop their skillsets and improve personality development.

The concept for the website was to create online booking of courses, a community of members called the Born Bright Universe. The project revolved around creating the entire process, imagery, illustration elements, graphic design elements along with the main research, wireframes and visual design. It also included testing, support for development and allied websites.

DESIGN PROCESS

The process we followed at Born bright is touse a double diamond design process, as it is essential to create a structured and well maintained design process. Our aim was to incorporate the key phases of Discovery, Definition, Ideation and implementation in all of our projects.

Additional to the research encompassed for company branding, and the basic learnings from it; additional points understood were that image/ illustration combination websites are doing very well in the e-learning industry.
To give the classy-casual combination, wherein learning is mixed with enjoyment and activities the imagery and illustrations should also intermingled with each other through sketchy outlines, emphasised iconography etc.
The website should colourful yet in subtle tones. The Website needs to be dominant in white and have relief through colour highlights mainly in text and imagery to add emphasis to the topic.
